Choir Parents
Guild (St. Cecelia's)
St. Cecelia's Guild is a
service guild for all parents interested in assisting the choirs of All
Souls' Church. All parents of choir children are automatically members.
Even if you have no choristers in your family, you are invited to become
a "choir parent" and take part in the activities of this guild.
Choir
The Music Department of All
Souls' Parish offers a varied choir program for all ages. Each chorister
develops and refines musical skills that include the fundamentals of
reading music, rhythm, diction and pitch. In addition to this musical
training, choristers gain an understanding of and about appreciation for
the church year: its seasons and feasts, and the role of the choir in
worship. All choristers are taught the service music, prayers and creeds
of the Church Finally, choristers socialize on an informal basis and are
advised of others' concerns and joys. Regardless of age, membership in
the church choir promotes a deeper understanding of the Church and her
ways and fosters a life-long appreciation for great church music. All
choirs are open to children and adults in the parish. For further

The Layreaders
Guild
A group of dedicated Episcopalians
trained to assist the Clergy at all services of worship. They read the
lessons and psalms at Sunday and weekday Holy Communion services as well
as Evening Prayer services held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at

Organization
All men in this
parish are invited to usher at the various church services. The head
usher calls men alphabetically by the parish directory. If you have not
been invited to usher, please call the head usher and he will be happy
to put you on the list.

Episcopal Church Women (ECW)
The purpose of the ECW is to unite the
women of All Souls' in a program of worship, study, service, and
fellowship to deepen and strengthen their lives and lead them into
service for the church and the Christian community. All women of the
parish are welcomed and encouraged to attend the meetings.

St. Anne's Guild
The St. Anne's Guild is a study and
service guild for women. They meet in member's homes for lunch,
fellowship and Bible study on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 11:45
a.m.

The Assemblies
The Assemblies are sponsored by the ECW
and St. Paul's Cathedral. Social graces, manners and dancing are taught
on Friday evenings once a month (September-May) to boys and girls in 6th
and 7th grades.

The Altar Guild
The Altar Guild is a group of women
dedicated to the proper care of the sacred vessels, clergy vestments,
linens and candles used in the celebration of Holy Communion and kindred
services. They meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month for Holy Communion
at 10 a.m., followed by a meeting. Newcomers are welcome and should
apply to the directress or the rector. All newcomers are trained in this
work by experienced Altar Guild members

The
Guild of St. George
The Guild of St. George is a ministry of
the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma, serving metropolitan Oklahoma
City. In response to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ that we
love one another as he has loved us, we will assist those who are in
trouble, need or adversity, by: providing limited material
assistance; offering spiritual and personal counseling; and
cooperating with other community social service agencies. The Board
meets the 3rd Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at All Souls'. The Guild office
at St. Paul's Cathedral is open from l0 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Monday,
Wednesday and Friday.

Single Adults (ASIS)
We try to foster an environment of
Christian fellowship and support for members of the parish who are
divorced, widowed, separated or have never been married. The group
offers a variety of activities in order to meet many of the spiritual
and social needs of its members. Ages range from early 20's to mid
seventies.

Mobile Meals
Mobile meals is the preparation,
donation, and serving of hot meals to shut-ins, elderly, and invalid.
Meals are cooked and delivered once a week. Recipients welcome the
friendly visitors as much as the food. Service is in three categories:
Cooks, Drivers, and Donors.

Supper Club (Foyer Dinners)
Foyer Dinners provide an opportunity for
all members to get to know one another better in small dinner settings
at member's homes. Those wishing to participate in a Foyer Group sign up
and are randomly assigned to groups of 8 to l0 people to meet over
dinner.

Library
The library contains a wide range of
church-related books anti periodicals for both children and adults. The
library is open Monday -Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., and after
services on Sundays. Books may be checked out by a self-check system and
kept for two weeks.

Mother's Day Out
Mother's Day Out is held each Monday and
Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. for infants through 5 years of age.
A wide variety of activities are planned for the children by qualified
teachers.

Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School is held for one week each summer. This is a
wonderful program for children to learn and grow in God's love.
This is under the auspices of Children's Christian Education.
Youth Group
Junior and Senior High Youth Groups meet
on a regular basis for fun, fellowship and spiritual growth. All
students in 6th-12th grades are invited to participate. They meet each
Sunday at 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise announced for special occasions.
