The purpose of the ECW is to unite the women of All Souls’ in a program of worship, study, service, gifts and fellowship to deepen and strengthen their lives and lead them into service for the glory of God. All women of the parish are welcomed and encouraged to attend the meetings.
ECW oversees the following activities:
Children’s Library – A library specifically for children.
Hearts & Hands Guild – A ministry to provide meals to members who need them on a temporary basis because of a health issue or other need.
Quiet Day – A day of teaching, reflection and prayer, led by a priest. Open to men and women and usually held each March.
Receptions – for clergy, choir, acolytes, Sunday school teachers, high school seniors, and special church services and occasions such as Epiphany and Nine Lessons & Carols.
Speaker Luncheon Series – four (4) luncheons between September and May with a christian message from a member of the OKC community.
United Thank Offering – A ministry to provide funds for grants to address human needs and promote mission expansion.
Women’s Bible Study – Meets from 9:30 am – 11:30 am most Thursdays between September and April.
ECW provides outreach to Shiloh Camp by providing meals during summer camp.
ECW oversees a program with BC Clark Jewelers to donate 10% of purchases by members of All Souls’ Church. Members need to let BC Clark’s know if they are a member of All Souls’ when making purchases.
