Born in Nampa, Idaho. Father Tlucek received his
education from the University of Idaho, and Church Divinity School
of the Pacific. He was Ordained in 1971 and has served as Rector in
Churches in Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Washington State and North Dakota.
Fr. Tlucek has also received his Master of Education degree in
Counseling and Guidance in 1979.
