Born
in Chanute, Kansas. Father Latimer received his
education at the University of Kansas and Seabury
Western Seminary. Fr. Latimer was Ordained a Deacon and
Priest in the year of 1953 in the Kansas Diocese. Prior
to coming to All Souls in September 1995, he served as
Rector in Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Colorado.
