Stop by the Parish Hall Sunday morning between services and pick up your tickets to the Shrove Tuesday supper. Tickets are also available in the Church office. The Brotherhood of St. Andrew will be serving delicious pancakes and ham and red beans and rice with cornbread muffins.

Parenting Toolbox This Sunday

Parents and youth will enjoy lunch together following the 10:00 a.m. service in the youth room of the Christian Family Life Center,  “THE WAY” for 6th-12th grades will follow the meal and “Parenting Toolbox” for parents will meet in the Kennedy Parlor.  We will have a gluten free option for lunch.

Looking for a way to volunteer?   Tom Williams, All Souls’ Senior Warden, is organizing a work day to make minor repairs in all areas of our church campus.  Please consider joining us in the effort to keep our church in great shape.

Join the Consecration Choir!

A Consecration Choir for the Ordination of The Reverend Poulson Reed as Bishop Coadjutor of Oklahoma is being formed and is open to choristers from all parishes of the diocese.  The choir will be responsible for leading congregational hymns as well as singing anthems.  The Consecration service will take place Saturday, April 18th at 11:00 am at the Freede Wellness Center on the campus of Oklahoma City University. Applicants must register online by March 15.  More details can be found on the choir registration website.

Episcopal Church Women

Opportunities to Serve
Episcopal Church Women (ECW) serves as the primary women’s ministry branch in the Episcopal Church. This means all women of All Souls’ are ECW members! We fellowship, serve within the church, and fund raise throughout the year which enables us to host various church-related events.  Are you looking for ways to be involved in the ministry of All Souls’?  There are many opportunities to serve our parish through ECW.

Adult Inquirers’ Class

Sundays, 11:30 a.m. 
The group meets in the Chapel of St. Mary following the 10:00 a.m. service. This course is for those who desire to become a member of All Souls’, or who wish to learn more about the Anglican tradition. Those who complete the course will have the option to be confirmed (or received) by the Bishop of Oklahoma on May 10.  Contact Father Yoder (cyoder@allsoulsokc.com) if you have any questions.  Childcare will be available.

Consecration of New Bishop of Oklahoma 

Saturday, April 18

The Rev. Poulson Reed will be Ordained and Consecrated as Bishop Coadjutor on Saturday, April 18, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Henry J. Freede Wellness
Center at Oklahoma City University by The Most Reverend Michael Curry, Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church.  Bishop-Elect Reed will serve as Bishop Coadjutor until Bishop Koniecnzy’s retirement at the end of the year, after which he will become the Bishop of Oklahoma.

The Rev. Reed most recently was the Rector of All Saints’ Episcopal Church and Day School in Phoenix, AZ. He served as the spiritual and managerial leader of both the church and school staffs.  He is married to Megan Reed and they have three sons.

All Souls’ to Host

The Living Church Institute Conference

Thursday, June 4 and Friday, June 5

What is Anglican Christianity? Where did Anglicanism come from, and what should we hope for its future?  This conference will take up these questions in order to inspire a new generation of Anglican Christians seeking faithfulness and holiness within the wider Church Catholic. Children

Sunday School Registration – Forms for Godly Play and Children’s Sunday School are located at the reception desk on the lower level.
M&M  Mission and Ministry – 9:15 a.m. (Purple Room, lower level)   
Children 3 years through 5th grade participate in fun and meaningful mission projects or learn a new skill during Adult Sunday School.

Ages 3-Kindergarten – Children gather in the back of the church and process behind the crucifer to receive a blessing at the altar.  They attend Children’s Chapel and Sunday school on the lower level during the 10:00 a.m. service.

Grades 1st-5th – Children sit with their families at the beginning of the service.  During the sermon hymn they follow the crucifer to the Chapel of St. Mary.  Sunday School follows on the lower level during the remainder of the service.

Infant and Toddler Childcare – (Purple and Yellow Rooms, lower level)    Childcare is available for both Sunday morning services. Pagers are available for parents.
Youth
Confirmation Class – 9:15 a.m. (Yellow Room, lower level)
Youth Sunday School – 9:15 a.m. Grades 7-12  (Kennedy Parlor)
“THE WAY” – 11:31 a.m. Grades 6-12 (Christian Family Life Center)
